Tonneau is Cartier's second oldest watch, which was introduced in 1906 (two years after the first Santos). With its elegant DNA, elongated case, and rounded curves, it quickly became a classic. However, this style is not widely known, possibly overshadowed by the brilliance of the Tank series during the same period. One of the most famous users was the composer Stravinsky, but he also became the best footnote of this series: intellectual elegance, combined with a sense of power.
