What makes Breguet remarkable is its establishment of a unique and refined horological aesthetic. What draws us to Breguet is how perfectly its design language aligns with our ideals of a beautiful timepiece.
The first time we saw the Ref. 3787, we were overwhelmed with excitement. The 36mm case—an ideal size—houses a full suite of complications: perpetual calendar, retrograde date, and moon phase, all within a slim 8.5mm white gold case, making it extremely comfortable to wear.
When compared to similar models like Vacheron Constantin’s Ref. 245 or Patek Philippe’s Ref. 5059, the dial design of the 3787 stands out as far more poetic. Breguet’s guilloché dials are eternally elegant and distinctive—you’ll notice how the dial reflects different textures depending on the lighting and angle, from daylight to nighttime. The blued steel hands enhance this visual effect even more.
The retrograde date, with its serpentine hand, is the cherry on top—adding a playful, whimsical touch that transforms these complex functions into a joyful experience.
Powered by the Cal. 591 T automatic movement, the hand-engraved rotor speaks volumes of Breguet’s craftsmanship and sincerity.
This particular Ref. 3787 was purchased in Tokyo in 2005. The owner barely wore it, so it remains in near-mint condition—unpolished, with complete original packaging, automatic watch winder, certificate, and all accessories.
The movement has been serviced by our workshop and runs with high accuracy. Offered at an incredible price.
If you love perpetual calendar watches and have a strong appreciation for aesthetics, this is a piece you simply cannot miss.
