This Patek Philippe Ref.3569 presents a classic dress watch look with a deep blue dial and slim baton indices. It stands out with no side crown or conventional lugs; a finely woven white gold bracelet merges directly into the case.

Its signature Backwinder design places the winding setting toothed disc on the case back. Removing the lateral crown delivers a perfectly smooth, uninterrupted circular case silhouette.

The layout stems from its Cal.350 peripheral rotor automatic movement. In the 1960s, Patek Philippe shifted the rotor to the movement’s outer rim to achieve an ultra thin profile and patented this mechanism in 1965. Since the peripheral rotor occupied space for a side crown, engineers reworked the winding system and moved the crown to the case back.
