At first glance, this Ref. 41545 appears to be a classic combination of 18K yellow gold, diamonds and a petite feminine case. Yet upon closer inspection, its refined execution reveals Piaget's distinctive approach to jewelry watchmaking.

The square yellow-gold case features delicately beveled corners, softening its clean geometric lines with elegant curves. The bezel is fully set with diamonds, framing the watch without overwhelming the dial. The minimalist champagne-gold sunburst dial dispenses with hour markers and date displays, featuring only two slender gold hands. This restrained design allows the natural warmth and texture of the gold to take center stage, with light gently shifting across the dial.
