The Omega Constellation series began in 1952 and quickly became one of Omega's flagship series. The dial is named the Pie-Pan dial due to its gently sloping concentric circular grooves, also known as "Ba Gua Pan" in Chinese. The vintage Constellation series is beloved by collectors for its elegance, retro aesthetics, and the astronomical observatory certified movements it houses. Additionally, its cow-horn lugs are one of the most representative retro features of the Constellation series, also known as "dog-leg lugs" by collectors, a design originated from the master Gerald Genta.
The vintage "Pie-Pan dog-leg" Constellation watch being shared today is a relatively rare two-tone case, with noticeable oxidation marks on the dial and hands. The watch has not been refurbished, retaining its original state. The movement features the astronomical observatory certified 564 copper movement, maintained and adjusted by Nicky sir, running accurately. The play of light and shadow cannot hide the brilliance of over 60 years. This is a single piece in stock, offered at an extremely competitive price!
