IWC IWC 3805 Engineer Chronograph Alarm Watch from the 1990s Ref.IW3805

3805 might be a very special existence in the IWC engineer family. It has the functions of timing and alarm. What realizes these functions is a half-mechanical and half-quartz (mecha-quartz) movement. This technology may have been a swan song of the 90s, but now it has cast a charming veil over this watch. The functions and design of the 3805 are based on the previous 3741 series launched in 1991. The dial has more characteristics of the pilot series, while two angled chronograph buttons have been added on one side of the case, as well as a crown at 10 o'clock to control the alarm function. The cal.633 of this watch comes from Jaeger-LeCoultre, using a stepper motor combined with mechanical drive for timing and alarm functions. The 3805 shared today is in its original condition overall, with traces of wearing on the case and perfect dial and hands. The watch strap is 20 sections long, so friends with thicker wrists, please take note. The movement has been checked by our workshop, and it is in good working condition. This watch is a single piece, authenticated by our workshop, guaranteeing its authenticity.
